In recent years I have had the opportunity to organize and put on multiple corporate, community, and personal events.
• I love embracing a theme or color scheme for a shindig. This is a fun and simple way to bring everyone together or to create flow within an event.
• I have found that it is important to create multiple areas for conversation and various activities to entertain the possible different age groups at the function.
• It is always important to list the aspects of the function and a timeline to explain to the guests and the staff or volunteer teams you have scheduled for the event.
